My overall experience was good, the staff was very responsive to all my questions and contacted me when a few of the custom options where incompatible and modifications to my order where needed. Unfortunately there was damage to the neck during shipping which I probably could have submitted a claim for but I decided to live with it because it had already taken a long to receive my order due to the holidays. Other then the small damage to the neck I'm really enjoying my order!

This was my first purchase and I’m glad i opted for a skinny version. Although only around 60lbs it’s still pretty heavy for a small person like myself . Love everything about her but finding clothes for such a small waistline is proving a challenge.

She is great! Nice texter and the feel of the big butt. Just wish she was lighter in weight. I think her boobs could be smaller to reduce some of the weight and a shorter torso. The vibrating butt should be constant and controlled for intensity instead of intermittent. Other than that I think she is great!

Impossible to move around or maneuver. Oils on it caused a stench and destroyed fabric. Body looks and feels good but you’ve got a ways to go before it’s truly useful entertainment.

Did not send with wig, jaw has a small gash, eyelashes already falling off, one breast is smaller then the other,foot was damged and ruffed up ,the holes were stuck together really tight because they didnt use tube spacers, doll is way heavier then it needs to be, and doesnt even come with any type of manual or replacement pieces just incase. I wasn't offered a refund even after discussing it with support and its stated before purchase on the site itself that if it arrives damaged they offer a refund. Doesnt feel like they really put all that much work and dedication into it as much as they claim to. They didnt live up to my expectations and ruined the experience for me.

All of my items arrived late and at random times. Customer service was constantly stalling for time and was unable to provide accurate ETAs. It has been months and my order is still incomplete and customer service has gone radio silent.
Even tho it looks good and even feels good, it tears really easy and the vagina is too far back and needs to be in line with the butthole or at least a bit further out more than the butthole, but even tho it tears really easy down bellow it is a great product also another thing is the leg poles need to come out of the thighs so that it does not break the doll when you move the thighs, also the thighs need a bit more movement.
When I received the doll the box was crushed open on the end and the box was opened and taped back together with 3 straps of tape. It was quite embarrassing to know that the driver knew what was inside. There was white packing hanging out of the box. I have ordered 6 other dolls over the last couple of years and never had that happen. I have started to collect different dolls. Thank God the doll was ok once I opened the box. As far as the doll goes there's only one thing I see. Is that the legs do not fold back very far. I guess that could be because of the characteristics of the silicone. The movable mouth is great you can make her talk on film. I think she will work great on the guitar she will be able to handle it just fine. If you would like pictures of the box I can send you some if needed.
I ordered my doll back in late November and my doll order was fulfilled on Dec 16th, but I still haven't received her. Where or where could she be? Is the shipping process always this slow. Will I have to wait until spring to receive her? This is ridiculous. You should place the following message on your website: "Customers should be aware that it can take months to receive a doll after the order has been fulfilled."
