The Ultimate Guide to Heating Your Sex Doll

Posted on June 03 2020

As the look and feel of sex dolls has improved over the years, sex doll engineers have turned their eye from perfecting the outer appearance of sex dolls to other areas of realism.  One of these areas is body heat.  Although maybe overlooked by some, the difference in a heated sex doll experience and a room-temperature sex doll experience is significant.  For doll owners looking to make their sex doll realistic, heating your doll up for use is one of the best ways you can achieve that.

This article will serve as a guide for sex doll owners that want to heat their sex doll, we will cover everything from built-in heating systems to DIY home solutions. Hope you find it helpful!

Let’s begin...

Internal Heating Systems

Most sex doll manufacturers offer an internal heating system upgrade that allows you to easily heat the dolls body from the inside out.  This method, although the most is expensive, will give you the best results for consistent heat throughout the dolls body.

How does it work?

heating systems from different doll brands tend to differ slightly, but they all work in essentially the same way.  Wiring will be run through the doll's body and there will be a plug outlet somewhere on the doll's body.  The doll will also come with a wire that will plug into the doll's body and the other end will run to the wall outlet.  On this plug will sometimes be a screen and buttons where you can preset your desired temperature.  Once you plug the doll in, electricity will heat the doll to the set temperature in about 20-30 mins.

For example, the internal heating system for WM Doll has wiring throughout the doll's torso and privates area.  There is an out on the left side of the doll's torso about 6 inches under the armpit.  There will be a wire that in plug into the doll and the other end into the wall.  On the wire is a small control panel where you can set the temperature you want your doll heated to.  Once set, the doll's torso, vagina, and anus will reach the temperature in about 30 mins and will be ready for use.

  • Most realistic experience
  • Consistent heating throughout the doll's body with the touch of a button
  • Easy to use

  • Extra cost - does not come standard with each doll
  • Difficult or impossible to repair if the system malfunctions or stops working

External Heating Devices

Most mainstream doll brands these days will include a small external heating device with each doll purchase.  They typically will include it free of charge and without having to specifically request it.

How does it work?

The device will be a small heating wand with a USB plug that you can insert into the doll's vagina or anus to heat it before use.  You can plug it into a usb-plug that you might have laying around from a phone charger or other small electronic devices. Once plugged in the device will heat up to about human body temperature. You can insert into your doll and have a heated experience in about 15-30 mins.

Alternative heating solutions

If you don't feel like shelling out the extra money for the internal heating system but you're looking for something more robust than the included external heating device, there are some other solutions that sex doll owners use to heat their doll.  We've listed some of the more popular methods below.

  • Electric heating blanket - Electric heating blankets can be effective in heating up your sex doll's body.  When used in conjunction with a internal heating device they can be almost as effective as internal heating systems.  You can even look into heated clothing like heated vests, underwear, or gloves, to warm up certain areas of the body.
  • Warming lube - Warming lube is a type of lubricant that heats up as you use it.  It is important to only use the water-based variety and can be purchased from most places they sell condoms. Not sure which warming lube is best? We've found this helpful warming lube guide to point you in the right direction.
  • Warm bath - Fill up a warm bath and let your sex doll soak for a period of time.  The TPE material will hold the heat for a bit after you take her out.
  • Sleep with doll - Sleeping with your doll under a warm blanket will warm her up for when you wake up.  The TPE material will absorb your body heat and the blanket will help keep her insulated.
