For someone who is thinking about getting a doll, here is my experience so far as a first time owner.
I waited over a month for the doll to get shipped. Then I had to deal with the signature confirmation for a delivery that only happens during hours I'm not at home. This may or may not happen to you but if it does, it's super irritating coming home to a "we missed you tag" when you're eagerly awaiting for your doll you just waited a month for.
First off, the doll looks incredibly life like. In soft lighting, she looks almost real. Her body and proportions are of a 10/10 super model/celebrity/porn star woman that is unreal. There are 3 orifices and each one has a different feel with different textures. The mouth has a tongue which is a nice touch. It isn't long enough to come out of the mouth though. This doll came with TPE skin with gel breasts included. I was disappointed with the gel breasts for not being realistic feeling. They are very firm and bouncy. Real breasts are much softer and are affected by gravity. I was really hoping the gel breast would be more life like than they are. The skin is also very rubbery feeling and after powdering with talcum powder or cornstarch, the skin it feels much better but that comes with other issues. It's hard to powder without making a mess and it doesn't last very long as it gets washed off during cleaning.
Some downsides. First off, she is heavy. Not as heavy as a real person, but heavy enough that maneuvering her around is annoying. My doll came in around 77 lbs. Keep that in mind when shopping. This is going to make moving her from place to place a workout.
Second, I'm not sure if it's just my doll, but her joints are incredibly hard to move. I have to hold down her torso just to bend her leg at the hip. The stiffness is great for when she is being used, but kind of a pain in other times like cleaning. It is great if you are using the doll for poses as it will hold the shape you put her in easily.
Thirdly, cleaning is necessary, but difficult. The doll comes with a douche that is absolutely necessary for cleaning the orifices, but since the doll weighs 70+ lbs, its really hard to get her to a spot where you can use it without water getting everywhere. I managed to muscle my doll from my bed to my bathtub and rested her on the edge of the tub so I could actually lift her back up and out of the bathroom. I was able to douche her into the tub. Not ideal, but it worked. Don't bother sitting her on the toilet. The included douche is too long to fit inside when she is in a sitting position. You need to use the tub or a kiddie pool or clean her outside to prevent water getting on the floor. There is no nice way to use the included douche easily. Do yourself a favor and get a cleaning kit with tubes and a pump. It's a night and day difference when it comes to cleaning. Coeros has one for $186. It's a steep price, but it really helps. Another aspect of cleaning that gets missed is drying. I had luck with a rolled up paper towel and shoving my way into her holes to dry it out after cleaning. You really need to get in there to dry out all the water.
Lastly, I knew that the doll wouldn't have the warmth of a real person, but some times when I go to bed with the doll, she is incredibly cold. The included USB heater does work very well, but it only applies to the orifice you use it in. The rest of the body is still ice cold. The heat does travel a bit, but the origin point gets super hot and I wonder if it would cause damage if left long enough.
Overall, I'm mostly happy with the doll. She fills in the gaps when I can't see my partner in person. The price is definitely an investment, the shipping time is long and the cleaning regimen is difficult. But having the doll when you get that itch that only a woman can scratch is worth it. Just keep in mind, it's a doll and you get to do everything. She isn't going to help or get in the way. It is both a positive and a negative.
